TIA GLOBAL is working with AFR TOP 100 Fastest Growing Start Up's - Search Property. They are a property investment and buyer's agency firm in Australia, helping clients find and invest in high-growth properties accross the country. The company specialises in offering tailoered services to help buyers make informed property investment decisions, whether they are first time buyers or seasoned investors. Their focus is on ensuring long-term financial growth through well-researched property aquasitions and offering expert advice. 

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and passionate Marketing Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and customer engagement. They will have a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Task & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Search Property's overall business objectives, enhancing brand visibility and market presence.
  • Identify key customer segments, including property investors, first-time buyers, and other target audiences, and create tailored marketing strategies to effectively reach them.
  • Collaborate with the management and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals and sales targets.

Digital Marketing Management:

  • Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns to increase the company’s online visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, from creating email templates to designing and sending newsletters and promotional emails to engage potential clients and current leads.
  • Optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates.

Social Media Marketing and Engagement:

  • Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Develop and schedule regular posts, including property investment tips, success stories, client testimonials, and market insights, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement, and responding promptly to inquiries.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media posts, website content, and case studies, that resonate with target audiences and reflect the brand’s values.
  • Create informative content on property investment, real estate market trends, and client success stories to establish Search Property as an industry thought leader.
  • Ensure all written content is optimized for SEO, enhancing the website’s visibility and ranking on search engines.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns that attract prospective clients, including property buyers and investors, through landing pages, call-to-actions (CTAs), and targeted online ads.
  • Nurture leads via email, retargeting ads, and personalized follow-ups, in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring timely conversion.
  • Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics, continuously refining campaigns to improve ROI.

Client Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track customer interactions, nurture leads, and streamline communication between marketing and sales teams.
  • Segment and maintain CRM databases to target specific audiences with personalized messaging and offers, improving client engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends, refining marketing strategies accordingly.

Brand Positioning and Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the property investment sector.
  • Gather insights into customer needs and behaviors to refine marketing strategies and ensure Search Property is offering relevant services to the target market.
  • Position Search Property as a trusted authority in property investment, ensuring the company stands out in a competitive market.

 Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email analytics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Provide detailed reports on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and lead generation.
  • Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI and improve marketing outcomes.

Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring both teams work toward common goals.
  • Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and property listings, to support sales efforts.
  • Provide marketing support for client meetings, product launches, and events, ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.

Event and Webinar Marketing:

  • Plan, promote, and manage marketing for events, webinars, and workshops that showcase property investment opportunities, educating potential clients and positioning Search Property as an industry expert.
  • Use online and offline channels to drive attendance and engagement for these events, working with the sales team to convert attendees into clients.

Public Relations and Media Outreach:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and bloggers to increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts, such as press releases, media coverage, and guest blog posts, to enhance Search Property’s reputation and reach.

Competitive Analysis and Industry Trends:

  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in property market dynamics to ensure Search Property remains competitive.
  • Provide the team with insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis, helping the company adapt to market shifts and customer needs.
Qualification & Experience

In Summary:

  • Minimum Education: Typically a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years for entry-level positions; 3-5 years for mid-senior roles.
  • Key Skills: Digital marketing expertise, market research, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Optional: Postgraduate qualifications or industry certifications may be beneficial but are not always mandatory.
  • Above all else, have a deep passion for Marketing.
